Fundraising

NADY and the North Bay Rotary in partnership with EZ Rock have an annual fundraiser in March called the "Longest Morning Ever" with morning hosts Dan and Jamie Hunt. They stay on the air for 53 hours straight raising money for NADY programs and for individual families who need help with specialized equipment for their children or to help with the cost of medical trips and expenses.

"Smiles for Life" also participate in this fundraiser giving half of the money that they raise to Sick Kids Hospital and Camp Trillium and the other half to NADY/Rotary for Kids.

The whole community gets involved with this event - schools get together hosting pancake breakfasts, concerts, bake sales etc. Local businesses are also very supportive, to name a few, Burger World, Wingate Lottery, Regan Studios, Ted Thomson of Assante Wealth Management.

Holmes and Pellerin Real Estate hosts "Blast for NADY" in July.  Last year more than $8,000 was raised.
